TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to PRZM Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

  • PRZM Studio is an online music production and media services platform based in Nova Scotia, Canada. We offer services including recording, mixing, mastering, music production, artist promotion, and merchandise sales.

     

    PRZM Studio is not a registered corporation and operates as an independent studio service provider.

  • There is no age requirement to browse or purchase from our site. However, by booking services or purchasing products, you confirm you are entering a binding agreement and have consent from a guardian if required by law in your location.

     

    You agree not to misuse or interfere with the website, our booking system, or any services offered.

  • We accept payments through:

    • PayPal

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay

    • Credit/Debit Cards via Wix Payments

     

    All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

  • Music Production Services:

    • No refunds after work has begun.

    • Deposits or advance payments are refundable only if no work has started.

    • For scheduled sessions:

      • Cancellation 3+ days before session → refundable

      • Cancellation within 24 hours of session → non-refundable

      • Missed sessions → non-refundable

    Printful Merchandise:

    We follow Printful’s return and refund policies for all physical products. Refunds or replacements are provided only for damaged or defective items per Printful’s terms.

    Buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering (size, color, etc.) is not eligible for refunds.

  • Service delivery timelines vary based on workload. Typical mixing/mastering delivery time is 1–3 weeks. Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.

  • For mixing services:

    • 2 revisions included

    • Additional revisions: $25 per round

     

    Revision requests must be reasonable and related to mix adjustments. Major re-recordings or arrangement changes may incur additional fees.

  • Rights to the final music deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment is received.

     

    If full payment is not made:

    • Full original production: 100% rights retained

    • Mixing or mastering only: 50% rights retained

     

    Upon full payment:

    • The client receives full rights to the final audio master(s).

    • PRZM Studio may request credit as producer/mixer where appropriate.

     

    We reserve the right to showcase non-released works in a private portfolio unless requested otherwise.

  • Products sold through our store are produced and fulfilled by Printful. Shipping, handling times, and delivery responsibilities follow Printful terms.

    ​

    We are not responsible for Printful delays, shipping issues, or lost packages; however, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

  • We provide services as-is without guarantees. We are not liable for:

    • Loss of income, data, or business opportunities

    • Delays outside our control (software breakdowns, supplier delays, etc.)

    • Issues caused by third-party services (Printful, Wix Payments, etc.)

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Nova Scotia courts.

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

  • By using PRZM Studio's services or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

    Merchandise is fulfilled through Printful, which may collect shipping information and process fulfillment data.
